These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms", or "this Agreement") govern the relationship between MR88 (hereinafter referred to as "MR88", "we", "us", or "the Platform") and any individual who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses the services made available at https://mr88.cam (hereinafter referred to as "the Website" or "the Platform").

MR88 is an online casino and sports betting platform operated primarily for users in Malaysia. The Platform offers a range of gaming and wagering services including, but not limited to, live casino games, slot titles, sports betting markets (including football leagues such as EPL and Liga Super Malaysia, as well as international events including UFC), lottery-format games, and arcade titles. All services are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and supported by local payment infrastructure including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and USDT TRC20.

By accessing the Website, registering an account, depositing funds, placing any wager, or claiming any promotion, you (hereinafter referred to as "the User", "you", or "the Player") confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in their entirety;
• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and of your own free will;
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the unique player account registered by a User on the MR88 Platform.
• "Balance" means the sum of all deposited funds, winnings, and credited bonuses held within a User's Account, minus any wagered or withdrawn amounts.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, cashback amounts, or other non-cash rewards credited to an Account pursuant to a promotion.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited directly by the User using any accepted payment method, as distinct from Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total wager amount that a User must achieve before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Funds.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process MR88 conducts to confirm a User's identity, age, and address prior to processing withdrawals or at any point deemed necessary.
• "Game Provider" means any third-party software developer or content supplier whose games are made available on the MR88 Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which accessing or using MR88's services is prohibited by applicable law.
• "Self-Exclusion" means a voluntary restriction initiated by the User preventing access to the MR88 Platform for a specified or indefinite period.
• "Sportsbook" means the sports betting section of MR88, including pre-match and live (in-play) wagering markets.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the MR88 Platform, a User must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the Platform:

1. Age: The User must be at least 21 years of age. MR88 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 in line with internationally recognised best practice for online casino and sports betting platforms. Users found to be under the minimum age at any time will have their accounts immediately suspended and all funds forfeited.
2. Legal Capacity: The User must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of their country of residence.
3. Personal Registration: The Account must be registered in the User's own name, using accurate and up-to-date personal information. Registration on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.
4. Single Account: Each User may maintain only one Account at any given time. The creation of multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is a material breach of these Terms.
5. Not Previously Excluded: The User must not be subject to any self-exclusion, voluntary suspension, or forced account closure on the MR88 Platform.
6. Jurisdiction: The User must not be located in or accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

During the registration process, the User is required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including, but not limited to, full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and a valid email address. The User is solely responsible for the accuracy of all information provided and must update their account details promptly should any information change.

The User must select a unique username and a strong password for their Account. The password must be kept confidential at all times. MR88 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available. MR88 will never request the User's password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

MR88 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close an Account at any time at its sole discretion, including where MR88 reasonably suspects that the information provided is inaccurate, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms.

MR88 accepts deposits via the following payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ vouchers, and USDT TRC20. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), except for USDT TRC20 which is credited at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method. Current limits are displayed at the time of deposit. MR88 does not charge fees on deposits processed via local MYR channels. Network fees for USDT TRC20 are borne by the User and are not reimbursed by MR88.

The User warrants that all funds deposited to MR88 are legally obtained and are the User's own funds. MR88 reserves the right to request proof of source of funds at any time as part of its Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations.

• Deposits are credited to the Account upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment processor.
• Processing times: e-wallets (instant), bank transfers (5–10 minutes), USDT TRC20 (15–30 minutes after network confirmation).
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited and wagered. Contact support immediately if an incorrect deposit amount is made before any wager is placed.
• MR88 reserves the right to limit, suspend, or refuse any deposit at its sole discretion where fraud or AML concerns arise.

Withdrawals may be requested at any time provided the following conditions are satisfied: the User's KYC verification is complete; all applicable Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds have been met; the requested amount does not exceed the daily or weekly withdrawal limit applicable to the User's account tier; and the Account is in good standing with no pending reviews.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, except where MR88 permits an alternative method at its discretion. MR88 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, joint accounts, or accounts in a name different from the registered Account holder.

Estimated processing times are as follows:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet / Boost / GrabPay: 5–30 minutes
• DuitNow / FPX Bank Transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong): 15 minutes – 2 hours
• USDT TRC20: 30–60 minutes (subject to network conditions)

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed processing times. Processing may be delayed during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required.

MR88 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, referral rewards, and other promotional offers from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, including Wagering Requirements, minimum deposit amounts, eligible games, maximum bonus amounts, and expiry dates. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise:

• Bonus Funds are credited separately from Real Money Funds and are subject to stated Wagering Requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• Real Money Funds are wagered before Bonus Funds unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per person, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• MR88 reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotion at any time without prior notice if MR88 reasonably determines the promotion is being abused or exploited.
• Winnings generated from wagers placed using Bonus Funds are subject to the same Wagering Requirements as the Bonus Funds themselves.
• Bonuses expire if Wagering Requirements are not completed within the stated validity period. Expired Bonus Funds and associated winnings are forfeited without compensation.
• MR88 reserves the right to reclaim Bonus Funds and associated winnings where a User is found to have abused a promotion, breached these Terms, or where fraudulent activity is detected.

All wagers placed on MR88 — whether on sports betting markets (including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and other events), live casino tables, slot games, lottery, or arcade titles — are subject to the specific rules of that game or market, as well as these general Terms.

Once a wager is confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it is final and cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the User. MR88 reserves the right to void any wager where:

• A technical error resulted in the wager being accepted at an incorrect price or with incorrect parameters;
• The event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned under conditions that fall outside standard settlement rules;
• The wager was placed using funds obtained through fraudulent means;
• The User is found to have violated fair play rules in connection with the wager.

All game outcomes on MR88 are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) for casino titles or live streaming of genuine physical events for sports and live casino products. MR88 does not manipulate game outcomes and all RNG systems used by Game Providers are independently audited.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. MR88 will take immediate action — up to and including permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all balances — upon detecting any of the following:

• Registration by persons under the age of 21;
• Creation or use of more than one Account;
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or KYC;
• Collusion with other users for the purpose of manipulating game outcomes;
• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the Platform;
• Exploitation of software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, systematically staking on opposite outcomes to fulfil Wagering Requirements with minimal risk, or using a VPN or proxy to circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Money laundering, depositing or withdrawing funds on behalf of a third party, or any activity that MR88 reasonably suspects constitutes a breach of applicable financial crime regulations;
• Chargebacks or disputes raised with a payment provider where the deposit was made in good faith and funds were legitimately used;
• Any attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or interfere with the Platform's software or infrastructure.

MR88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where MR88 determines — acting reasonably — that a User has violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where closure is required for compliance, legal, or operational reasons.

Upon suspension or closure, MR88 will inform the User where possible. In cases where fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity is suspected, MR88 may be obligated to withhold funds pending investigation and cooperate with relevant authorities without disclosing the nature of the investigation to the User.

Where an Account is closed voluntarily by the User, all Real Money Funds remaining in the Account (net of any outstanding Wagering Requirements) will be returned to the User via their registered payment method following satisfactory KYC verification. Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon voluntary closure unless the stated Wagering Requirements have been fully met prior to the closure request.

All content on the MR88 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, game content supplied by Game Providers, software, and audiovisual material — is the intellectual property of MR88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and related laws.

The User is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal and recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit the User to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of MR88.

All trade names, service marks, and logos displayed on the Platform are the registered or unregistered marks of MR88 or their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms grants the User any right to use any mark without the express written permission of the applicable owner.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MR88 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and Game Providers shall not be liable to the User for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with the User's use of the Platform, including losses arising from: interruption of service; data loss; technical malfunctions; delays in withdrawal processing; or any third-party payment processor errors.

MR88's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of the User's personal information is governed by MR88's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, the User consents to MR88's data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

MR88 collects personal data necessary for account registration, KYC verification, transaction processing, and regulatory compliance. Personal data is stored using industry-standard encryption and is not sold to third parties. Users located in Malaysia have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data, subject to MR88's legal retention obligations.

MR88 may share User data with payment processors (including Touch 'n Go, Boost, Maybank, and other licensed Malaysian financial institutions), regulatory authorities, and fraud prevention agencies where required by law or where reasonably necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform.

MR88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform is intended exclusively for entertainment purposes. Users are reminded that gambling carries financial risk and that outcomes are determined by chance. Gambling is not a reliable means of generating income.

MR88 provides the following responsible gambling tools, accessible from within the User's account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on total deposits.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum acceptable loss thresholds per day, week, or month.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the Platform for periods ranging from 30 days to permanent closure.

MR88 reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace any provision of these Terms at any time and without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication of the updated Terms on the Website. The "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly.

It is the User's responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes the User's unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. Where an amendment materially affects a User's rights, MR88 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Users via email or in-platform notification, though this does not constitute a precondition for the amendment's validity.

These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with applicable laws. Where a User has a complaint or dispute relating to their Account, a wager, a withdrawal, or any other aspect of MR88's services, they should contact MR88's support team in the first instance via live chat or email at [email protected]. MR88 commits to investigating all complaints thoroughly and responding within a reasonable timeframe.

MR88 aims to resolve all disputes amicably and in good faith. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through MR88's internal complaints process, the User may seek independent resolution through appropriate channels. MR88 cooperates fully with any lawful regulatory inquiry related to its operations.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
